In celebration of the Chile Harvest, SWOP organized a cook off with some of the best green chile stew I've ever tasted in New Mexico. The stews were all very different, spicy and delicious. They ranged from buffalo, seafood, vegetarian, chicken and beef!Held at the National Hispanic Cultural Center in collaboration with their Field to Feast activities. SWOP made a lasting impression on many of the judges making it difficult for them to decide their top 3.

Out of the 10 amazing chile's we had 4 winners this year (there was a tie for 2nd place)
